JBVJ Architects are delighted to be involved with this mixed use scheme in Seven Kings for the development of a mixed use scheme with ground floor retail frontage and 18no. dual aspect apartments along the busy High Road in Seven Kings. The development focuses on the redevelopment of a former car garage showroom and will provide a positive contribution to the evolving streetscape with a simple architectural palette and variation on brick detailing and reveals.

The scheme will be submitted to Redbridge Council under a S73 application with an anticipated start date on site of Q3 2025.
