JBVJ Architects have submitted proposals for a new retail parade on a prominent site along the M5 Junction 1 intersection. The scheme proposes circa. 8000sqft of new high quality retail space with an anchor store strategically located to maximise exposure. The scheme will provide much needed uses for the community and the immediate recently converted residential development adjacent.

The scheme has undergone sequential testing and retail impact assessments to satisfy planning policy requirements, anticipating formal approval in July 2025.
