Feasibility masterplan

The proposal presented a new sustainable development approach looking into creating housing units and a new community with an emphasis on sustainable living and technologies. With the addition of communal landscaped sqaures and allotments, the scheme encouraged residents to interact and enhance the ‘village community’ ideology ensuring walkable routes, areas to gather and socialise, and minimisng the requirement for vehicles though the development.
