Set within a highly sough after location, the scheme involved the demolition of an existing property and the erection of a grand new house set within landscaped gardens.
The natural setting creates a beautiful site with potential to create a property to match. A combination of traditional architectural detailing contrasted against contemporary slimline glazing created a striking architectural aesthetic. Key to the new house was a clear hierarchy of spaces and creating an experience on arrival. The grand double height atrium space is centrally located and feeds off into the various internal spaces with an emphasis on large amounts of glazing to create a visual connection with the gardens around.
The scheme has been fully approved and is due to start on site in Q2 of 2022.
