Pre + Planning Applications

We can produce, advise and liase with the relevant bodies and authorities to establish whether your project requires pre-planning and/or full planning as part of the design consent process.

Building Regulations/Construction

Building Regulations is the formal process to establish and ensure your built form is built to the required construction standards and regulations. We work and develop detailed drawing packages for this stage of works and work alongside contractors, consultants and inspectors through the consent process. We also provide tender construction drawing packages to assist with the competitive tender contractor process..
